Topic: Using Metrics to Move Annual Donors to Major Gifts

Description: The Northwestern Memorial Foundation reorganized in early 2018 to more effectively serve donor needs. In addition, the reorganization aims to build robust donor pipelines to ensure long-term success for major and planned giving, which accounts for more than 70 percent of the organization’s fundraising. Hensley and Buttin will detail the reasons for the restructure, as well as their approach to establishing a healthy mid-level giving platform that ensures increases in the organization’s major and planned giving program.
